Project Overview

This project involves demolition and reinstatement works for a kiosk unit of approximately 350 sqft located at Berjaya Times Square. The objective is to restore the unit back to its original bare unit condition, in compliance with shopping mall handover requirements, prior to returning the unit to the mall management.

Project Job Scope

• Demolition & Dismantling:
  Dismantle and remove existing metal frame, signage, cabinets, doors, and all built-in elements.
• Electrical & Lighting Removal :
  Dismantle lighting fixtures and wiring, and safely terminate to existing isolator.
• Plumbing Removal:
  Dismantle existing piping and terminate to existing water incoming point.
• Flooring Demolition:
  Demolish and remove existing flooring finishes.
• Touch Up & Make Good:
  Touch up and make good all affected areas to reinstate the unit back to bare unit condition.
