Project Overview

This project involves the full demolish and reinstatement work of a retail lot, returning the unit to its original handover condition as required by the shopping mall. Works include dismantling all built-in structures, repairing affected surfaces, and cleaning the site for proper handover.

Project Job Scop

•  Area Protection 
  Apply floor protection to the mall’s external/common area before work begins.

• Dismantling Work
  Remove all built-in cabinets, glass, counter, SPC flooring, ceiling, and wiring.

• General Cleaning
  Clean the site during and after work to ensure tidiness.

• Surface Repair
  Patch walls and floors, cover holes, and repaint affected areas white.

• Waste Disposal
  Dispose of all unwanted materials and debris using arranged bins.

• Final Reinstatement
  Restore the unit to its original condition for mall handover.
