Project Overview

This project involves demolition and reinstatement works for a 750 sqft shop lot unit located in Kepong. The scope focuses on restoring the unit back to a bare unit condition, in accordance with shopping mall handover requirements, prior to returning the unit to the mall management.

Project Job Scop

• Site Protection & Preparation 
  Protection works to surrounding areas and common mall flooring before demolition.

• Demolition Works
  Removal of partition walls, cabinets, stickers, lighting fixtures, electrical works, and hacking of existing floor tiles.

• Waste Disposal
  Collection and disposal of all demolition debris via approved waste disposal methods.

• Final Reinstatement
  Reinstatement works to return the unit to bare unit condition as per mall requirements.
