This is a residential renovation project located at D’IVO Residences, with an approximate built-up area of 900 sqft. The scope mainly focuses on basic renovation works, including partition construction, electrical installation, lighting and fan setup, cabinet and bed installation, as well as kitchen plumbing works, complemented with minor design suggestions to improve functionality and living comfort.

• Partition Works :
  Construction of partition walls to define functional spaces.

• Electrical & Lighting Works :
  Electrical wiring works including installation of lights and ceiling fans.

• Cabinet & Furniture Installation:
  Installation of cabinets and beds as part of the interior setup.

• Kitchen Plumbing & Water Heater:
  Installation of kitchen piping, sink, and water heater for daily use

• Minor Design Suggestions:
  Provide minor design input to enhance layout efficiency and living comfort.
